The Cosmic Groove Chefs
The Cosmic Groove Chefs are a group of humans with interests in original music, light programming, laser art, and video production/editing. They use all sorts of devices to present flavours visually. They are definitely local to Saskatoon, and they are certainly not from outer space. They are normal humans with names like Dylan Evans and J.J. Neufeld.

This project presents an immersive audio/visual work grounded in the experience of flavours and the tastes and joys of food. The artists seek to trigger some thought about how one might imagine new flavours, when they are introduced and portrayed by original music and soundscapes. We can remember flavours quite well. We can even imagine how a new thing is expected to taste. This project argues that a spectacle of light and sound can actually vividly call to mind of remembered flavours, but to also suggest new ones.
