Biodiversity Under Our Feet
Biodiversity Under Our Feet is a celebration of the biodiversity that you can't see with the naked eye. Guests go through a portal on their way into the space where they are 'shrunk' down to microbe size. They enter a 'microbe disco', where they can choose to be a microbe 'character' that they can learn about while they are at the disco.
Danceable music plays while projected shapes of various microbes spin around the space. They can visit several presenters while at the disco, including soil scientists, biodiversity specialists, microscopes, artists that focus on biodiversity. They can create jewelry, can add to their microbe costumes, or colour pages of microbes.
