Looking for a warm up on Saturday night? Stop by Beppi’s Gelato off Broadway Avenue. $1 from every Latte or Caffe Infuso sold during NBYXE25 on Saturday, September 20th is being donated to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon!

Better Brother Brewing Co.
Our Friends at Better Brother Brewing Co have made a tasty non-alcoholic Raspberry Lime Kettle Sour beer to enjoy during your Nuit Blanche Saskatoon journey. Stop by the Better Brother Brewing taproom in downtown Saskatoon and try this refreshing, bright and light brew!

Bokeh on the Plaza
Stop by Bokeh on the Plaza in the Alt Hotel and try their luxurious and vibrant Nuit Blanche special! Starting September 1st you can try the Half Way, a cocktail crafted for the NBYXE festival. The Half Way is a combination of Black Fox gin, Aperol, blue curaçao, lemon, dragonfruit, lavender and a touch of gold dust. A portion of sales of the Half Way go to support the NBYXE festival.

Cocktail Bar
Our Friends at Cocktail will be crafting three feature cocktails: one cocktail each week leading up to the NBYXE festival and one special cocktail for Nuit Blanche Saturday night. A portion of the proceeds from these specials will go to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.

Hearth Restaurant
Visit Hearth Restaurant (in the Remai Modern) for a cocktail inspired by featured NBYXE23 artist Joseph Anderson!
Inspired by Joseph’s ghostly installation, we welcome you to enjoy the Clearly Departed. This cocktail is a hauntingly combination of Black Fox sage gin, amaro nonino, yellow chartreuse, white cranberry, mint, and lime, clarified with milk. Enjoy the Clearly Departed for $13, with a portion of the proceeds going to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.

High Key Brewing Co
Enjoy a specialty beer brewed especially for Nuit Blanche Saskatoon right in the High Key taproom. This year’s special brew for NBYXE25 a Passionfruit Pilsner, and it’s available in draft form or in takeout cans.

Paradox Pizza
Saskatoon’s brightest new pizza spot is staying open late for Nuit Blanche Saskatoon, and they’ve created a pizza inspired by our festival. Pop in to Paradox Pizza on Broadway in September and try the Dubius, a delicious mix of smoked mushroom, pepperoncini and roasted garlic.

It’s a pizza with a cause! A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Dubius will go to support the Nuit Blanche Festival.

Parlor & St. Tropez Bistro
Stop by Parlor & St. Tropez Bistro this September and try a cocktail crafted especially for our festival. A Wolf In Sheets Clothing is an illuminating combination of brandy, overproof rum, lemon, acid adjusted orange, and falernum. There’s no disguising this alluring cocktail, and a portion of sales of A Wolf in Sheets Clothing goes the the Nuit Blanche festival.

It’s back for a third year in a row… it’s Nuit Brewy!
Stop by their downtown tap room to try this year’s beer by the brew masters at Shelter. This year's Nuit Brewy is a White Grape Sour, and it's available to enjoy on tap and available for takeout in cans.

Sulu
Visit our Friends at SULU on Nuit Saturday night and enjoy the transformative, colour-changing Karma Chameleon! The team at Sulu crafted this one-night-only cocktail from a blend of spirits to represent fusion, diversity, inclusion and connection between various cultures - which they feel is representative of SULU, the Nuit community, and the art scene in Sask as a whole.
Sulu are situated right in the heart of the festival, so they make a perfect pitstop during your NBYXE journey. A portion of the proceeds from Karma Chameleon will go to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon

Thirteen Pies
The team at Thirteen Pies has dreamed up a spooky and sweet cocktail for your NBYXE25 pit stop. Stop in on September 20th and try The Black Hills, inspired by The Blair Witch Project, The Black Hills is a wicked combination of house-made cherry syrup, cold brew, creme de cacao, rye whiskey, and cream. This cocktail is like a Black Forest Cake in a cocktail glass, and will be sure to power your exploration of the full NBYXE25 festival!
A portion of sales of The Black Hills will go to support Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.
