Sulu
Visit our Friends at SULU on Nuit Saturday night and enjoy the Tau Ceti, named after a distant star, with a warmth similar to our own sun! Made with blackfox cucumber gin, basil, shiso, salted vanilla, lime and topped with ozone air made with coconut water and lime leaf this cocktail is sure to transport you to distant exoplanets.
Sulu are situated right in the heart of the festival, so they make a perfect pitstop during your NBYXE journey. A portion of the proceeds from Tau Ceti will go to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon

Hearth Restaurant
Visit Hearth Restaurant (in the Remai Modern) for a cocktail inspired by featured NBYXE26 artists Anna Seyto and Julie Larson!
Inspired by ‘Where Things Take Root’, an interactive paper garden, we welcome you to enjoy the ‘Oh Daisy’. This lovely cocktail is a combination of Gin, Montenegro amaro, lemon and salted honey (zero proof version also available). Enjoy the Oh Daisy for $14, with a portion of the proceeds going to Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.

Bokeh on the Plaza
Stop by Bokeh on the Plaza in the Alt Hotel and try their luxurious and vibrant Nuit Blanche special! Starting September 1st you can try the Future Spark, a cocktail crafted for the NBYXE festival. The Future Spark is floral and smoky with sweet citrus notes. Made with, Black Fox Canadian Gin, Raicilla, Peychaud’s, Triple Sec, Strega, Jalapeño-Lime Oleo, Elderflower Tonic.
Looking for zero-proof? They also have a cocktail for you! Try the Mojito Dusk for refreshing and light fruity spice notes.

Thirteen Pies
The team at Thirteen Pies has dreamed up a spooky and sweet cocktail for your NBYXE26 pit stop. Stop in on September 20th and try Ghost in the Jungle. This cocktail is a haunting combination Vodka, Mango Puree, Lime Juice, Vanilla Demerara Syrup and Coconut Citrus Foam, topped with Chocolate Shavings.
A portion of sales of Ghost in the Jungle will go to support Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.

Enjoy a specialty beer brewed especially for Nuit Blanche Saskatoon right in the High Key taproom. This year’s special brew for NBYXE26 is an Italian Pilsner , and it’s available in draft form or in takeout cans.

It’s back for a fourth year in a row… it’s Nuit Brewy!
Stop by their downtown tap room to try this year’s beer by the brew masters at Shelter. This year's Nuit Brewy is a Pink Guava Sour, and it's available to enjoy on tap and available for takeout in cans.
