Anna Setyo & Julie Larson
Julie Larson and Anna Setyo are Saskatchewan artists who collaborate to create immersive, interactive giant gardens that invite children and adults alike to play, explore, and contribute. Inspired by nature, growth, and storytelling, they combine Anna's large-scale paper floral installations with Julie's background in interactive design, realism painting, murals, and studio art.
Together, they create whimsical environments that encourage visitors to step beyond everyday life, embrace child-like wonder, and discover that imagination can transform both spaces and perspectives.

Where Things Take Root
Step into a magical garden where imagination takes root. This immersive walk-through installation invites visitors of all ages to wander among giant paper flowers, larger-than-life butterflies, whimsical mushrooms, and tiny caterpillars. Along the journey, guests are encouraged to leave their mark by adding handmade flowers and creatures, transforming the garden together one contribution at a time. More than an art installation, it is a shared experience celebrating creativity, community, and our connection to nature.
As the garden grows with every visitor, it becomes a beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of care can create something extraordinary.
